From single story office buildings to towering skyscrapers, professional sports complexes to children’s playgrounds, from small budget projects to multimillion dollar facilities, union building trade workers and their affiliated contractors routinely take on projects that come in all shapes and sizes.

CONSOL Energy Center, Heinz Field, PNC Park, David L. Lawrence Convention Center, U.S. Steel Tower, Allegheny County Jail, Rivers Casino, Hillman Cancer Center, Allegheny County Sanitary Authority (ALCOSAN), North Shore Connector, Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh – these are just a few of the many area landmarks and projects constructed with union labor. However, there are thousands of other buildings and facilities located throughout western Pennsylvania that were built by men and women of the union building trades.

Union building trade workers are experienced at building for commercial, industrial or residential clients. The list of completed projects is impressive and is growing daily. The following is just a sample of the variety of projects that are currently being built or have already been completed by the men and women that are proud to be a part of Pittsburgh Regional Building Trades Council.
